Do the discs of this coin cell fit each other?

Enter the cell size and the three disc diameters. The tool checks the overhang, the separator, how far off-center the positive electrode can sit, and whether each diameter is a regular punch size. With the inner dimensions of your case and the thickness of your stack it also checks the fit and the room left for the spring.

Geometry only. The tool compares nominal diameters and thicknesses; it does not model the gasket, the crimp or the electrochemistry. Outer cell sizes follow from the designation (2032: 20 mm across, 3.2 mm high). Inner dimensions differ between suppliers and are not assumed: without them the fit inside the case is reported as not checked. Punch sizes are those listed for the PressPro™ battery material punching machine. Sealing and opening forces are the general ranges given for the PressPro coin-cell machine; find the value for your own cases on trial cells.
