Pellet-press cycle builder
Enter the die and up to five steps, each with its target pressure, the time to reach it and the hold. Choose how the load is released, how the pellet comes out and which kind of press runs the cycle. The tool draws the profile to scale, converts every step to force and to the reading step of the press, checks the steps against the PressPro™ families of that kind, and writes the method line.

Pressure on the pellet = force × 9800 ÷ bore area. The profile is drawn to scale in time and pressure; a release between steps is drawn as a drop, because its duration is not entered. Families are checked against the force range printed for each model and the cycle functions listed for the family. Manual gauge readings use the printed pair of rated force and gauge range for each frame, and a pointer-gauge resolution of 1 MPa. Whether an automatic program can lower the force between segments is not covered here. The method line writes the release you select, with the time to zero as an observation; when the selected press does not perform that release, the line is marked as not resolved and is not offered for copying. It is a format: the values come from your work, and it does not say which cycle suits a powder. Add the temperature, the atmosphere and when the pellet was measured.
