Your force tolerance, in each press’s own units

Enter the pressing force of your method, the die and the tolerance you allow. The tool shows what that window looks like on the gauge or screen of each PressPro™ XRF press, and what each specification states about the cycle.

The tool converts a tolerance into readout units. It is a readability check, separate from the accuracy of a gauge or sensor. The set-point and the tolerance window are checked separately against the force range of each model: a set-point at the rating can pass while the upper half of its window cannot be used, and a tolerance in a method never permits running a press above its rating. Gauge readings use the force and gauge range printed for each manual frame. The specification of the manual XRF models names the gauge type (pointer, tonne and MPa scales; digital gauge optional) without a resolution. The manual PressPro powder presses of the same ratings are specified with 1 MPa for the pointer gauge and 0.01 t for the digital gauge, and those two figures are used here as a comparison only. Force, hold time and binder belong to the analytical method.
