Product Overview

The Qixing Laboratory Mini Injection Molder is recommended for injection molding of various thermoplastic materials to prepare dumbbell bar, straight bar, knotted bar, vertical combustion bar, oxygen index bar, etc., all of which can be used for testing certain mechanical properties of various materials. This model is equipped with accurate temperature controllers and high-speed special electrical heaters. It is small, light, easy to move and with dense space utilization. Only 8-15g material is needed for each feeding, which helps to save material. Easy to maintain as core components are designed with the “plug and play” principle. It can be used at a maximum temperature of 300°C and can be used for molding of ultra-high temperature materials. It’s easy to move, install, operate and maintain.
