The Plate Vulcanizing Press Machine features a PLC-programmable color touchscreen with an HMI operating system, allowing automatic control of pressure, temperature, time, and degassing cycles. Raw materials are molded between heated plates for testing, supporting production formulation. Its advanced linear voltage regulation prevents temperature overshoot, while the Y-type (star) heating structure ensures balanced three-phase load and extends heater life. Ideal for detecting gels, black spots, and contamination, as well as for sample preparation, color matching, and materials R&D.
