PressPro™ Mold Series

Circular Molds

• Customizable.

• Common Specifications: ⌀3, ⌀5, ⌀7, ⌀10, ⌀13, ⌀15, ⌀20, ⌀25, ⌀30, ⌀40mm.

• Common Materials: ASSAB+17, CR12MoV, SKD11, 440C, 3Cr13, 9Cr18.

Square
Molds

• Customizable for different sizes and other shapes.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

Split
Molds

• Also known as an easy-release mold, generally consists of 3 parts (3 for circular and 4 for square) that form a mold cavity by assembling an inner core. A circular sleeve secures the inner core from top to bottom, fixing its shape. This mold is simple to operate and allows for quick demolding. It is mainly used for ultra-fine powders, powders that are difficult to mold, or powders that are hard to demold.

• Customizable according to user requirements, common types include cylindrical and square, other shapes can also be customized.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

Ring
Molds

• Mostly used for catalyst or for preparing samples with holes.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

Spherical Molds

• Commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry and for small batch testing.

• For pressing samples into spheres, hemispheres, or spherical cylinders.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

Standard Flat Molds

• Primarily used for pressing battery electrodes and can also be used with a hot press.

• Compatible with Battery Machines and Hot Press Machines.

Cemented Carbide Molds

• Also known as tungsten carbide molds or tungsten steel molds, have high hardness and wear resistance. They are suitable for pressing samples with high powder hardness.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

Bi-directional Pressing Molds

• Suitable for samples that require a high density of powder pressing.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

Infrared Molds

• Common Specifications: ⌀13 (⌀12.7), ⌀7, ⌀3mm.

• Two types:

-Demolding: Equipped with a magnetic sample insert plate. After pressing the sample, the sample needs to be removed from the mold and placed on the magnetic sample holder.

-Non-demolding: Sample does not need to be removed after pressing. It can be directly placed into the sample chamber of the infrared spectrometer for testing.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

Infrared Quantitative Flat Mold

• Three types:

-Regular Quantitative

-Single-Channel Heated Quantitative

-Double-Channel Heated Quantitative

• Common Specification: 25mm, with different thicknesses.

• Common Thicknesses: 10, 15, 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 um.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines.

X-Ray Fluorescence Molds

• Commonly used molds: Boric Acid Molds, Steel Ring Molds, Aluminum Cup Molds, Plastic Ring Molds.

• Mainly used for pre-processing and forming of samples for X-ray fluorescence spectrometers.

• Compatible with X-Ray Fluorescence Machines.

Hot Press Molds

• Used with a powder press machine, typically consisting of a heating mold and a temperature controller.

• After heating and pressing, the chemical stability of sample changes, making it an ideal tool for advanced engineering technicians to conduct spectral testing and qualitative analysis.

• Common Shapes: Circular, Square, and Flat.

• Temperatures: 300℃ and 500℃, customizable.

• Compatible with Powder Press Machines and Hot Press Machines.

Button Battery Molds

• Used with Button Battery Sealing machines, providing high efficiency and fast sample preparation.

• Regular press machine can use the universal sealing/unsealing mold, which requires only one set of molds to complete the sealing and removing of button batteries, suitable for laboratory use and small-scale testing needs.

• Compatible with Battery Machines.

Battery Testing Molds

• Detachable button battery measurement kit made of PEEK material with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. It can withstand a pressure of 20 MPa and is used to study the performance of battery material under different pressures in solid-state batteries.

• Common core sized: ⌀8, ⌀10, ⌀12, ⌀15, ⌀20, ⌀25mm.

• Compatible with Battery Machines.
