Product Detail
The ALab™ MS-M-S4 / MS-M-S6 are 4- and 6-channel magnetic stirrers without heating, with Ø134 mm ceramic-coated aluminum work plates. Each channel stirs up to 3 L of water at 200 to 1500 rpm, with its own start/stop, speed setting and LCD.
Multiple work plates are integrated into one space-saving instrument with a small footprint, so 4 or 6 solutions can be stirred in parallel with stable performance and good reproducibility.
A spark-free brushless DC motor with extended life and no maintenance drives each position, and the ceramic-coated aluminum plates resist corrosion. For heating on the same layout, see the MS-H280-S4 / MS-H280-S6.

Which models does this page cover?

Do they heat?
No. The MS-M-S4 and MS-M-S6 are stirrers without heating. The MS-H280-S4 / MS-H280-S6 add heating to 280°C on the same layout.
Can each channel run a different speed?
Yes. Start/stop, speed and display are controlled independently for each channel, from 200 to 1500 rpm (±20 rpm).
How much can each channel stir?
Up to 3 L of water per channel with stirrer bars up to 40 mm: 3 L × 4 or 3 L × 6.
What are the electrical specifications?
