Warranty Policy

During the warranty period, if a malfunction occurs under normal use due to material defects or manufacturing workmanship, free repair or replacement service will be provided.

For warranty-related shipping costs, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the defective equipment or component to ACS Material or the designated service location. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, ACS Material will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired unit or replacement component to the customer.

If the malfunction is determined not to be caused by material defects or manufacturing workmanship, including but not limited to misuse, human error, unauthorized disassembly, improper operating environment, improper packaging/transportation, or force majeure, the customer will be responsible for the repair cost, round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other related charges.
