The ALab™ D-200 Benchtop Digital Display Homogenizing Emulsifier runs at 2000–20000 rpm with a 200 W DC high-speed motor and processes 20–1200 mL. The speed is set with a knob (stepless) and shown on the digital display.
The D-200 is used for the homogenization and emulsification of two immiscible liquids, and for the extraction of trace organic compounds, lipids and organic-solvent-soluble substances in water. Its internal suction structure homogenizes and emulsifies immiscible liquids at high speed.
It homogenizes and mixes animal and plant tissues, ruptures cell membranes and breaks DNA strands into small molecules at different speeds. The operating mode allows continuous operation for approximately 15 minutes.
