Impregnation time and repeat coating interval time are each settable from 1 to 9999.9 s, a coating can be repeated from 1 to 999 times, and 100 coating programs can be named and stored. It accepts wafers up to 100 × 100 × 5 mm and is operated from a 4.3-inch full-color touch screen.
