Levon™ DP100-BE-H Heated Dip Coater has a base with a heating function, temperature controllable from room temperature to 120 °C. It runs at 0.1–600 mm/min over a 0–100 mm lift stroke (other strokes can be customized), with ±0.01 mm displacement accuracy and a rated linear thrust greater than 50 N. Impregnation time and repeat coating interval time are each settable from 1 to 9999.9 s, a coating can be repeated from 1 to 999 times, and 100 coating programs can be named and stored. It accepts wafers up to 100 × 100 × 5 mm and is operated from a 4.3-inch full-color touch screen.
