Levon™ HS150 Benchtop Heat Sealer / Laminator is a compact benchtop heat sealer with a temperature control range of RT to 250°C, a temperature control accuracy of ≤±0.2°C and a 150 × 150 mm panel.
The HS150 uses a digital control system and PID temperature control with dual-zone independent control. The temperature resolution is 0.1°C (after the temperature is stabilized), the maximum set temperature is 250°C and the thermal uniformity is ≤±2%.
The HS150 has a compact form factor for glove box integration, measuring 200 × 200 × 340 mm (W × D × H) with a weight of 10 kg. An emergency power cutoff is provided. Power input is AC 200–240 V, single-phase, 50 Hz, 2.0 kW; the compressed air supply requirement is 0.4–0.8 MPa at an air inlet with a 6 mm outer diameter.
