Levon™ HP100 Programmable Hotplate is a programmable hot plate with a 7-inch full-color touchscreen and PLC control, a hard-anodized aluminum heating plate, an auto-lift function for proximity baking and a flush-mount design. It is offered as the HP100-SE (RT to 300°C or RT to 400°C) and the HP100-PE (RT to 300°C) with linear temperature control and vacuum adsorption.
All HP100 configurations measure 350 × 460 × 320 mm (W × D × H) and have 0.1°C temperature resolution. The HP100-SE has ≤±0.2°C temperature control accuracy, ≤±1.5% temperature uniformity, lift pins adjustable from 0 to 33 mm and a 1,400 W heating plate for substrates below 8 inches. The HP100-PE has a 220 × 220 mm heating plate, ±0.2°C temperature control accuracy, ≤1% temperature uniformity (RT to 300°C), 100 recipes with up to 30 heating stages each, a settable linear heating rate of 0.5 to 10°C/min and a rear vacuum connection.
