Temperature uniformity is ≤±1% from RT to 200°C and ≤±1.5% from 200°C to 300°C. An auto-lift function with lift pins adjustable from 0 to 30 mm (0.1 mm resolution) enables proximity baking; the lift pins work with substrates larger than 120 mm in diameter and can be customized for special requirements. Power input is 220 V, 3,500 W (110 V optional), and the unit measures 450 × 580 × 320 mm (W × D × H) with a height-reducible, flush-mount design.

Where it fits

For programmable baking of larger substrates on a 340 × 340 mm plate from RT to 300°C, with touchscreen recipes and auto-lift proximity baking. Choose the HP200-SE, or the HP200-PE (LVH200PE) when vacuum adsorption and linear temperature control are needed. For a 350 × 460 × 320 mm unit see the HP100; for nitrogen input see the HP200-SA. The HP200 is designed for compact semiconductor research.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the HP200-SE and the HP200-PE?

Both have a 340 × 340 mm plate, RT to 300°C, 100 recipes, with up to 30 heating stages per recipe, and auto-lift proximity baking. The HP200-PE has linear temperature control and vacuum adsorption (rear outlet, 6 mm outer diameter; 0.04–0.09 MPa) and weighs 30 kg.

How uniform is the plate temperature?

≤±1% from RT to 200°C and ≤±1.5% from 200°C to 300°C.

Which substrates work with the lift pins?

Substrates larger than 120 mm in diameter; the lift pins can be customized for special requirements. Lift pin adjustment range 0 to 30 mm with 0.1 mm resolution.

How many recipes can be stored?

100 recipes, with up to 30 heating stages per recipe.

What power input does it need?

220 V, 3,500 W; 110 V is optional.
