Temperature uniformity is ≤±1% from RT to 200°C and ≤±1.5% from 200°C to 300°C, with 0.1 s time resolution and lift pins adjustable from 0 to 30 mm. Both configurations have a hard-anodized aluminum heating plate and a height-reducible, flush-mount design, and measure 350 × 500 × 320 mm (W × D × H). The HP100-PA supports 100 recipes with up to 30 heating stages each and a settable linear heating rate of 0.5 to 10°C/min.

Where it fits

For programmable baking under nitrogen from RT to 300°C, with touchscreen control and auto-lift proximity baking. Choose the HP100-SA, or the HP100-PA (LVH1PA00) for linear temperature control, vacuum adsorption and 100 stored recipes. For other programmable hotplates, see the HP100; for a larger nitrogen-filled unit, see the HP200-SA. The HP100-SA is designed for compact semiconductor research.

Frequently asked questions

What functions does the HP100-PA offer?

The HP100-PA supports linear temperature control (0.5 to 10°C/min), vacuum adsorption and 100 recipes with up to 30 heating stages each. Both configurations have RT to 300°C, ≤±0.2°C accuracy, nitrogen input of 0.04–0.4 MPa and a lift pin adjustment range of 0–30 mm.

What nitrogen supply is required?

Nitrogen input requirement: 0.04–0.4 MPa (supplied by the user).

How uniform is the plate temperature?

≤±1% from RT to 200°C and ≤±1.5% from 200°C to 300°C.
