Levon™ PF200-H Heated Film Applicator is a benchtop film applicator with a heated vacuum panel (RT to 200°C), a coating speed of 1–50 mm/s and a 250 mm stroke length. Its 380 × 210 mm hard-anodized aluminum, mirror-polished panel has an A4 vacuum adsorption area.

Levon PF200-H heated film applicator with a dark vacuum plate, film applicator holder, blue-framed touchscreen and a cylindrical canister on the left side
Levon™ PF200-H Heated Film Applicator — configuration shown for reference.

The PF200-H is operated from a 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen HMI control system that stores 100 recipes, 5 steps per recipe. The heating rate is controllable from 1 to 10°C/min, with a thermal uniformity of ≤±1.5%. The PF200-H can be equipped with an adjustable film scraper, a four-sided coater and a wire rod.

The air knife configuration shown has an adjustable air knife angle of −45° to 45° and a height adjustment range of 10–35 mm above the substrate. The supplied configuration is confirmed in the quotation. Power input is AC 200–240 V, single-phase, 50 Hz, 2.0 kW; the vacuum input requirement is 0.06–0.09 MPa with a vacuum flow rate of more than 15 L/min. The unit measures 449.5 × 258 × 248.5 mm (W × D × H).
