Levon™ PF400 Film Applicator is a benchtop film applicator with a coating speed of 1–300 mm/s, a 420 mm maximum stroke length and a 540 × 345 mm vacuum panel with an A4/A3 adsorption area (optional). It is offered as the PF400 and as the PF400-H with a heated panel (RT to 200°C).
Both configurations have a 7-inch full-color touchscreen, a speed regulation accuracy of 1 mm/s, a hard-anodized vacuum panel with a flat surface, and a vacuum input requirement of 0.06–0.09 MPa at a rear-panel outlet with a 6 mm outer diameter. They are equipped for adjustable film scraper or standard wire rod operation. The PF400 has PLC control and a power rating of 0.4 kW; the PF400-H has a power rating of 2.75 kW and a heated panel with linear heating-rate adjustment, ±0.5°C temperature control accuracy and ≤±4% thermal uniformity.
