Levon™ IC5000-S Heated Spin Coater is a compact spin coater with a newly designed stage for simultaneous temperature-controlled heating and spin coating: spin table heating from RT to 150°C, spin speeds of 100–5,000 rpm and up to 100 recipes of 100-step programs.
The IC5000-S is supplied with an adjustable jaw chuck stage for 10–35 mm square or circular substrates (other specifications customizable). It has an HDPE polymer inner cavity, a PC transparent cover and a sheet metal shell, a thermal insulation design and low-voltage heating elements, and can be upgraded with a precise metering automatic dispensing function.
