Levon™ IC8000-S Heated Spin Coater is a compact spin coater with a newly designed stage for simultaneous temperature-controlled heating and spin coating: spin table heating from RT to 200°C, spin speeds of 100–8,000 rpm and up to 100 recipes of 100-step programs.
The IC8000-S is built as a separate spin chamber (260 × 500 × 350 mm) and control box (310 × 420 × 200 mm). It is compatible with glass fragments/substrates and 6-inch glass wafers or semiconductor wafers, has an HDPE polymer inner cavity, a PC transparent cover and a sheet metal shell, a thermal insulation design and low-voltage heating elements, and can be upgraded with a precise metering automatic dispensing function.
