ALab™ OS-T Plus Series Overhead Stirrer — brushless DC motors, LCD speed and torque displays, and RS485, Type-C and USB data interfaces. Maximum stirring quantities in water are 30 L, 50 L and 100 L for the OS-T40-Plus, OS-T60-Plus and OS-T400-Plus, respectively, with maximum torques of 40 N·cm, 60 N·cm and 400 N·cm.

Brushless DC motor with constant-speed control (OS-T40-Plus / OS-T60-Plus)The brushless DC drive automatically adjusts torque as sample viscosity changes to maintain the set speed.
LCD display and monitoringLCD speed and torque displays with overload indication, plus external temperature monitoring. On the OS-T40-Plus and OS-T60-Plus, temperature and the timer are also shown on the LCD display.
Forward, reverse and intermittent mixing (OS-T40-Plus / OS-T60-Plus)The OS-T40-Plus and OS-T60-Plus switch between forward rotation, reverse rotation and intermittent mixing.
External temperature sensor (0–100 °C)Connect an external temperature sensor to display the sample temperature with 0.1 °C display accuracy. Torque and sample temperature calibration is provided on the OS-T40-Plus and OS-T60-Plus.

Where it fits
For laboratory overhead stirring, select the model that matches the required volume and viscosity. Maximum stirring quantities in water are 30 L, 50 L and 100 L for the OS-T40-Plus, OS-T60-Plus and OS-T400-Plus, respectively. Maximum viscosities are 10,000 mPa·s, 50,000 mPa·s and 150,000 mPa·s, respectively. The OS-T40-Plus and OS-T60-Plus provide forward, reverse and intermittent mixing; the OS-T400-Plus offers two speed gears (A: 10–400 rpm; B: 50–2000 rpm) for high-viscosity applications.
