Button Cell Battery Disassembling/Sealing Machine

Product Detail

PressPro™ Button Cell Battery Disassembling/Sealing Machine (EPBM series) is a lightweight hydraulic manual machine for crimping‑sealing and disassembling button cells — for early‑stage battery material R&D and sample extraction from internal battery components. Four models cover sealing and disassembling molds with pointer or digital pressure gauges, 0‑2 T pressure range, and CR16‑CR30 series molds. Compact, glove‑box ready.

Why choose the EPBM series

Sealing and disassembling in one seriesInterchangeable molds switch between crimp‑sealing and disassembling button cells — sealing models (EPBMFO2N / EPBMF2NS) and disassembling models (EPBMC02N / EPBMC2NS).
Manual hydraulic driveManual hydraulic pressurization and pressure release.
Pointer or digital gaugePointer gauge with dual scales in t and MPa (2N models), or digital gauge (2NS models; manufacturer-stated display accuracy: 0.01 MPa).
CR16‑CR30 mold coverageCR20 series molds included as standard; CR16, CR20, CR24, and CR30 series sealing/disassembling molds optional.
Precise, compact, glove‑box readyIntegrated structure (210×160×290 mm, approximately 12 kg) with reduced oil‑leakage points; suitable for use inside a glove box.

Where it fits

For early‑stage battery material R&D: crimp‑sealing button cells and disassembling cells for sample extraction from internal components. Select the sealing (EPBMFO2N / EPBMF2NS) or disassembling (EPBMC02N / EPBMC2NS) model, the gauge type, and the CR‑series mold to match the cell size. The manual hydraulic design fits inside a glove box.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the four models?

Function and gauge. EPBMFO2N and EPBMF2NS are sealing models; EPBMC02N and EPBMC2NS are disassembling models. The 2N models use a pointer gauge with dual scales in t and MPa; the 2NS models use a digital gauge (manufacturer-stated display accuracy: 0.01 MPa). The models share the other specifications listed in the tables.

Which button cell sizes are supported?

CR20 series molds are included as standard. CR16, CR20, CR24, and CR30 series sealing/disassembling molds are available as options.

What pressures are used for sealing and disassembling?

Sealing is generally performed at 0.7‑1.2 t; disassembling generally within 0.4 t. The overall pressure range is 0‑2 T / 25 MPa (1 MPa = 0.08 t).

Is the hydraulic pressing mechanism electrically driven?

No. Pressurization and pressure release are fully manual hydraulic operations.

Can it be used inside a glove box?

Yes. The integrated structure is compact (210×160×290 mm), lightweight (approximately 12 kg), and manually operated, making it suitable for glove‑box use.

What is the lead time?

Lead time is 2‑4 weeks. Confirm availability and the selected mold when ordering.
