ALab™ DispensMate-Pro Bottle-Top Dispenser
Product Detail
ALab™ DispensMate-Pro Bottle-Top Dispenser is a bottle-top dispenser for reagent delivery directly from the bottle. Five catalog configurations are listed below, spanning 0.5 mL to 100 mL, each with its own graduation. All five configurations are specified at a systematic error of ±0.5% and a random error of ±0.2%. Listed component materials are inert materials with a glass/PTFE piston. A volume-locking mechanism sets the volume on a clear scale, a reagent recovery function reduces reagent waste, and an adjustable aspirating tube accommodates different bottle heights.

FAQ
Which configuration should I choose?
Five configurations are listed: 0.5–5, 1.0–10, 2.5–25, 5.0–50 and 10–100 mL. Graduation increases with range, from 0.1 mL on the smallest to 2.0 mL on the largest, so the smallest range that covers the volume you dispense gives the finest setting increment.
What accuracy is listed?
Systematic error is listed as ±0.5% and random error as ±0.2% for all five configurations. The corresponding absolute microlitre values are shown per configuration in the table above.
Which component materials are listed?
Inert materials, with a glass/PTFE piston. Confirm chemical compatibility for the intended reagent and concentration.
Can it be autoclaved?
It is listed as fully autoclavable at 121 °C. Follow your laboratory’s autoclaving procedure for the parts concerned.
Which bottle threads are covered?
The dispenser is supplied with the S40, GL32, GL38, GL25 and GL28 adapters. Each is also listed separately in the accessories table.
What does the adjustable aspirating tube do?
It is adjustable for different bottle heights, so the same dispenser can be fitted to reagent bottles of differing depth.
Is a reagent bottle supplied?
The brown 1 L reagent bottle is listed as accessory Cat. No. 17400037. Package inclusion is confirmed at quotation.
Are dimensions and weight available?
Dimensions and weight: confirm at quotation.
