Extrusion blown film refers to the process in which plastic particles are continuously melted and extruded under a certain temperature and shear force, inflated by compressed air, cooled by a cooling device, and finally flattened into a double-layer film by a take-up roller.
This machine is mainly used to evaluate the film-blowing feasibility of polymer and biodegradable materials, inspect gel content within the material, and assess the dispersion of colored additives, blended mixtures, and extrudates.
