The TM40 is widely used in the mixing of samples such as molecular hybridization and blood, and in biomolecular science, histochemistry, biochemistry, clinical medicine, etc. The two clamps on the rotating panel can be adjusted independently, so that two different methods can be used in one mixing. The instrument is compact and convenient, and can be used in laboratory benches, cold storage or incubators; its shell and panel are specially designed for easy cleaning and decontamination.

Why choose the TM40

Unique multi-angle adjustable swivel frameThrough the adjustment of the rotating panel, the product can be rotated horizontally or vertically or at any angle; oscillation amplitude 20–99°.
Three switchable working modesRotation mixing, shaking mixing and angle mixing can be switched; movement mode Rotation/Shake/Angle at 10–40 rpm.
Independently adjustable clampsThe two clamps on the rotating panel can be adjusted independently, so that two different methods can be used in one mixing.
Multiple tube clampsMultiple kinds of centrifuge tube clamps can be combined arbitrarily and are easy to disassemble; application tubes 0.5/1.5/2/5/7/10/15/50 mL.
LED display with memory functionLED display; when the instrument is turned on, it displays the last speed/angle setting value.
Easy to clean and decontaminateShell and panels are specially designed for easy cleaning and decontamination; compact and convenient, for test benches, cold storage or incubators.

Where it fits

For mixing samples in various sample tubes by rotating horizontally, vertically or at any angle, such as molecular hybridization samples and blood; widely used in biomolecular science, histochemistry, biochemistry, clinical medicine, etc. Choose the TM40 when you want a compact, convenient instrument with a multi-angle adjustable swivel frame, three switchable working modes (rotation, shaking and angle mixing), two independently adjustable clamps, an LED display that remembers the last speed/angle setting, and a shell and panel designed for easy cleaning and decontamination — for laboratory benches, cold storage or incubators.

Frequently asked questions

What speed range and movement modes does the TM40 offer?

Speed range: 10–40 rpm; oscillation amplitude: 20–99°. Movement mode: Rotation/Shake/Angle — three working modes can be switched: rotation mixing, shaking mixing and angle mixing.

Which tubes can I use?

Application tubes: 0.5/1.5/2/5/7/10/15/50 mL. The tube clamps are suitable for 1.5/2 mL tubes, for 5/7 mL and 10–15 mL tubes, and for 0.5 mL and 50 mL centrifuge tubes; the clamps can be combined arbitrarily and are easy to disassemble.

How is the mixing time set?

Working mode: Continuous/Timed. Timing range: 1–999 min / 0–999 s. The display is an LED display.

At what angles can the TM40 rotate the tubes?

Through the adjustment of the rotating panel, the product can be rotated horizontally or vertically or at any angle. The two clamps on the rotating panel can be adjusted independently, so that two different methods can be used in one mixing.

Can I use it in cold storage or an incubator?

Yes. The instrument is compact and convenient, and can be used in test benches, cold storage or incubators. Its shell and panels are specially designed for easy cleaning and decontamination.

Does the TM40 remember its settings?

Yes. With the memory function, when the instrument is turned on it displays the last speed/angle setting value.

What applications is it used for?

It is widely used in the mixing of samples such as molecular hybridization and blood, and widely used in biomolecular science, histochemistry, biochemistry, clinical medicine, etc.

What are the power, size and weight?

Power: 4 W; input voltage: 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz. Dimension [L × W × H]: 240 × 140 × 210 mm; weight: 1.2 kg.
