PressPro™ Automatic Powder Press Machine (EPPIE series) is an automatic tablet press. Four models with maximum press capacities up to 60 T are equipped with a 4.3‑inch touch LCD screen that directly displays the pressure tonnage. Motorized pressurization / gradual pressurization / automatic pressure compensation, with manual pressure release and manual pressure‑holding control, deliver a large efficiency gain over manual powder presses for laboratory tablet preparation.

How do pressurization and depressurization work?
Motorized pressurization / gradual pressurization / automatic pressure compensation, with manual pressure release. Pressure holding time is under manual control, with pressure stability of ≤1 MPa / 10 min.
What safety features does it have?
The 30 T, 40 T and 60 T models add a bulletproof glass protective door to the leakage protection and emergency stop switch; the 20 T model has leakage protection and an emergency stop switch. The system also releases pressure automatically when the cylinder rises and touches the limit switch.
Is a die mold included? Can the press be customized?
No — die molds are optional and are not included with the main machine. Tablet presses or molds can be customized upon requirements.
What are the dimensions and weight?
