PressPro™ Dual Flat Heating Plate Automatic Cold Press Machine (EPCPAZ series) is a fully automatic electric-hydraulic laboratory press with dual flat platens and a fixed upper platen. Four models cover 0.3–25 T, 0.3–30 T and 0.5–40 T, with platen sizes from 180 × 180 to 400 × 400 mm. A 7‑inch touch LCD runs the complete pressing cycle — automatic pressurization, automatic pressure holding, precise pressure compensation and timed pressure release — in five customizable stages, and converts mold force to sample pressure in MPa in real time.

Force and atmosphere decide before automation does. The EPCPAZ series is the automatic, programmable choice for dual-flat-plate pressing up to 40 T with a fixed upper platen and a full pressurize–hold–compensate–release cycle. FAQ
Are die molds included with the machine?
No. Die molds are optional and customizable, and are not included with the main machine. Customized hot press machines and perforated mold plates are available upon request.
What does the automatic pressing cycle consist of?
Four phases run as one programmed sequence: automatic pressurization, automatic pressure holding, precise pressure compensation, and timed pressure release.
How many stages can I program?
Five. Each pressurization stage is independently customizable, and the pressurization time of each stage is configurable in unlimited seconds.
How do I read the pressure applied to my sample?
The control system automatically converts mold force to sample pressure and displays it in MPa in real time on the 7‑inch touch LCD.
Is the remote control included?
No. Remote control is optional and is not included with the standard configuration.
What safety features does the machine have?
If the system pressure exceeds the safety threshold, pressure is released automatically. An emergency stop switch is fitted, and the 220 V supply includes a leakage protector.
How do the four models differ?
By maximum tonnage (25, 30 or 40 T), pressing plate size (180 × 180 to 400 × 400 mm), workspace, overall dimensions and weight. EPCPAZ01 and EPCPAZ02 share the published 0.3–25 T range and 400 W rating.
