PressPro™ Manual Electric Heating Hot Press Machine (EPHBM series) is composed of three parts: a manual hot press machine, a temperature controller, and a set of hot press mold. Four models with maximum press capacities up to 24 T combine manual pressurization / manual gradual pressurization and manual depressurization with an electric heating mold (up to 500℃) under programmable 30‑stage temperature control — particularly suitable for hot press experiments on powder samples, chemical raw materials, and other materials where sample shape and size need to be fixed.

The EPHBM series is the manual hot press choice for heated pressing of powder samples and chemical raw materials, with maximum press capacities up to 24 T and heating molds up to 500℃. What models are available?
Four models: EPHBMA01 (15 T, up to 300℃, aluminum heating core), EPHBMAG1 (15 T, up to 500℃, copper heating core), EPHBMB01 (24 T, up to 300℃, aluminum heating core) and EPHBMBG1 (24 T, up to 500℃, copper heating core).
What is included in the delivery?
1 main machine + 1 temperature controller + 1 set of hot press molds. The pressure gauge and the water chiller are optional and not included; hot pressing molds can be customized upon requirements.
What heating temperature can it reach?
Room temperature to 300℃ / 0.1℃ (EPHBMA01, EPHBMB01) or room temperature to 500℃ / 0.1℃ (EPHBMAG1, EPHBMBG1). Heating is programmable 30‑stage – automatic heating – curve heating – rate heating – automatic holding – natural cooling, and the temperature hold time is unlimited seconds, configurable per stage.
What mold sizes are supplied?
Choose 1 set: Ø3–Ø20 mm for the 15 T models (EPHBMA01, EPHBMAG1), Ø21–Ø40 mm for the 24 T models (EPHBMB01, EPHBMBG1). The mold shape and specifications can be customized upon requirements.
What safety features does it have?
When the mold temperature exceeds 50℃, the temperature controller automatically signals “Caution: Hot Surface”. The 220 V supply includes a leakage protector. Do not exceed the cylinder’s rising height (<30 mm max piston stroke).
What are the dimensions and weight?
The 15 T models: main unit 245×180×420 mm (excluding temperature controller), approx. 45 kg. The 24 T models: main unit 305×195×425 mm (excluding temperature controller), approx. 68 kg.
