PressPro™ X-Ray Fluorescence Press Machine (EPFAX series) is a sample preparation press specially developed for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometers. Three automatic models cover 30 T / 40 T / 60 T with program-controlled automatic pressurization, and include one set of XRF sample-preparation dies with a boric acid inlay (steel ring, aluminum cup, or plastic ring die optional).

What models are available?
Three fully automatic models: EPFAX30T (30 T), EPFAX40T (40 T), and EPFAX60T (60 T). All share the same automatic pressing cycle, 7-inch touch control, and safety configuration; they differ in pressure range, piston diameter, dimensions, and weight — see the model comparison table above.
What does the automatic cycle include?
Automatic pressurization, automatic pressure holding, precise pressure compensation, and timed pressure relief, plus one-touch demolding with automatic pressure relief. The cylinder and system are protected by automatic pressure relief at the limit switch and at overpressure.
How many pressurization stages are supported?
Five stages can be set arbitrarily as standard, upgradable to 30 stages. Pressure holding time is unlimited in seconds and can be set independently for each stage.
Which molds are included?
One set of XRF sample-preparation dies with a Φ40–32 mm boric acid inlay is included. Steel ring, aluminum cup, or plastic ring dies are optional.
What safety features does it have?
A bulletproof glass protection door, leakage protection, and an emergency stop switch, plus automatic pressure relief on cylinder limit and system overpressure. The power supply is 220V (50Hz/60Hz).
