PressPro™ Manual Dual Flat Heating Plate Hot Press Machine (EPHBMC and EPHBMD series) uses hydraulic manual drive, with a split structure and a threaded rod suspended upper heating plate. Nine models with maximum press capacities up to 30 T combine manual pressurization / manual gradual pressurization, manual pressure relief with dual flat heating plates (up to 500℃, depending on the model) under 30‑stage programmable temperature control — mainly used for high‑temperature and high‑pressure tests on powder materials, plastic films, rubber products, asphalt, and other samples, and ideal supporting equipment for spectroscopic qualitative analysis.

The EPHBMC and EPHBMD series is the manual hot press choice for heated pressing on dual flat plates — powder materials, plastic films, rubber products and asphalt — with maximum press capacities up to 30 T and heating plates up to 500℃. The EPHBMC series (15 / 24 T, 100×100mm plates) suits smaller samples; the EPHBMD series (30 T, 180×180mm to 300×300mm plates) suits larger objects and samples. What models are available?
Nine models. EPHBMC series: EPHBMC00 (15 T), EPHBMC01 / EPHBMCG1 (24 T). EPHBMD series: EPHBMD01 / 02 / 03 and EPHBMDG1 / G2 / G3 (30 T). Heating is room temperature to 300℃ on EPHBMC00, EPHBMC01, EPHBMD01, EPHBMD02 and EPHBMD03, and room temperature to 500℃ on EPHBMCG1, EPHBMDG1, EPHBMDG2 and EPHBMDG3 — all with 0.1℃ increments.
Which series is shown in the product photos?

Are die molds included?
No. Die molds are optional and customizable, not included. Hot pressing molds can be customized according to your requirements.
How is the hot pressing plate cooled?
Natural cooling is standard. Air- or water-cooling options are available separately (not included). For EPHBMD-series configurations operated above 300℃, a water chiller is required. Confirm the cooling configuration for the selected model when ordering.
What heating plate sizes are available?
100×100mm on the EPHBMC series (with chamfer on EPHBMC00); 180×180mm, 200×200mm or 300×300mm on the EPHBMD series — see the specifications tables above.
How does the temperature control work?
The 7‑inch touch LCD controller offers 30‑stage programmable temperature control with automatic heating, programmed heating profiles, controlled-rate heating, automatic temperature holding, and natural cooling. Temperature hold time is unlimited seconds and configurable per stage.
What safety features does it have?
When the mold temperature exceeds 50℃, the temperature controller automatically signals “Caution: Hot Surface”. The 220 V supply includes a leakage protector. Do not exceed the cylinder’s rising height (<30 mm max piston stroke on the EPHBMC series; <50 mm on the EPHBMD series).
